Marco Miller is an Austrian-American multidisciplinary artist currently studying in the class of Anselm Reyle at the HFBK Hamburg. His work maps the topography of the human experience, exploring his perception of the metaphysical that remains constant while the way it appears continues to shift. A place where new structures are built while others dissolve, and where the hollow, the mundane, and the sacred overlap. He uses symbols as condensations of experience to understand how titans and flowers, snakes and sparrows, escalators and cows can coexist within the same world. Though he often depicts the chaotic currents of life, moments of aesthetic balance emerge, revealing how these elements relate to one another. While rooted in personal experience, his work opens into a more collective space of belief and perception.

Beyond his studio practice, Marco Miller is the founder of The MUTO Project, an association organizing nomadic international collaborations.
